Launched in 2015, Britannia lives up to expectations, offering a myriad of amenities. With 27 restaurants and bars, including the Oriental Restaurant, The Limelight Club, and The Epicurean, there's a diverse culinary experience to enjoy. Accessible cabins are available, and the ship features four pools, one equipped with a pool hoist. For entertainment, there are eight theatres, lounges, and venues, ensuring ample activities for the entire family.

Setting sail from Southampton, your first port of call is the sun-soaked Madeira in Portugal, known as the Garden Island for its lush covering of colorful sub-tropical plants. Next, explore the Canary Islands, with visits to La Palma, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, and Lanzarote. Each island offers unique attractions, from tax-free shopping and sandy beaches to amazing architecture, all surrounded by striking otherworldly landscapes shaped by thousands of years of volcanic activity. Your adventure begins at your front door with our home-pick up service, free of charge for journeys within 100 miles of Southampton. Via an accessible vehicle we’ll make our way to Southampton’s cruise terminal to board P&O's world-class Britannia cruise ship.

When boarding the Britannia, the Limitless team will help get your bags to check-in, after which the crew will take them directly to your accessible cabin. You’ll also benefit from Priority Boarding, so you’ll be exploring the ship before you know it!

Today you will get time to know the ship as we head towards the warm blue waters of the Mediterranean, taking in the spectacular sea views as we go and making the most of the ship’s impressive facilities. As the ship begins its northward journey, today presents the perfect chance to indulge in one of the onboard pools on the Britannia. Equipped with a pool featuring lift access, they are accessible for everyone to enjoy. These sometimes need to be pre booked but the friendly Limitless team will be on hand to offer assistance if needed. If swimming isn't your preference, consider making your way to the Crows Nest. With its spectacular views and delectable cocktails, it's easy to lose track of time as you sit back and watch the world go by.

Heading Home

As you wake for your final full day aboard, take the time to exchange memories and stories with your fellow Limitless passengers. Welcome aboard P&O's Britannia. Boasting luxurious fittings and facilities, as well as a cool, contemporary style. Each accessible cabin comes with:

  • Accessible cabins available on request (very limited) - with wide access doors and space for mobility scooters to be stored
  • All bathrooms come with wet rooms, wide door access and grip-handles
  • Equipment hire available (including powered wheelchairs + hoists)
  • Outside, Balcony & Mini-Suite Cabins (prices may vary)

Full board: all meals are included in the price of your cruise holiday for complete ease and mouth-watering luxury at sea. There’s also an option to add a ‘drinks package’, which can be done either before or during your cruise.

Included within your cruise holiday package with Limitless is a transfer from home (first 100-miles included, thereafter charged at £2.50 a mile) to the cruise ships port. Before booking we will always make sure you have the right transfer in place to take you to the port safely and comfortable.

*Please be aware that the door to door transfer is an accessible minibus not a private taxi, therefore we do advise guests to bring a support pillow for extra comfort if required.
