Ten years ago, I looked at the world of disabled travel and saw something missing. Everything felt clinical, focusing on limitations instead of possibilities. I wanted a 'Lonely Planet for disabled travellers' – something that brought back the joy and wonder.
But after launching guides and review sites, I had a realisation: the people who needed Limitless most weren't travelling at all.
The risk felt too great and their needs weren't being met. A directory couldn't solve that.
We had to remove every barrier ourselves – from transport to carers. That was the moment the real Limitless was born. It's been the privilege to see that idea grow into such an incredible community, and it's all thanks to you. Here's to the next decade of discovery!
