Holiday Overview

Whether you’re looking for a sun-soaked getaway or you want to learn a little more about Spain, our disabled friendly cruise is the perfect opportunity to experience some of Spain's holiday hotspots. Departing from Southampton, you’ll travel south aboard P&O’s world-class Ventura cruise ship, enjoying all of the onboard facilities as you go.

Your first stop is Vigo, a historic Galician town with a deep connection to the ocean. Home to Europe’s largest fishing fleet and, naturally, some of the best seafood in Spain, it’s a paradise for tapas lovers and boasts an impressive array of top-notch restaurants. Next, La Coruña is a vibrant and exciting beach town with a fantastic food scene. Finally, the Ventura will dock in Santander, the capital city of the Cantabria region on Spain’s north coast.

Throughout your trip, you’ll be accompanied by the Limitless Team, who will provide care, support and assistance as and when you require it. On the ship, your cabin is fully accessible, as are the vast majority of the Ventura's other facilities. With several restaurants, swimming pools, entertainment venues, a steam room and sauna and a large cinema, there’s plenty to enjoy when you spend the day at sea.

If you would like more information about accessibility aboard the Ventura, we recommend getting in touch with one of the Limitless Travel Advisors on 0800 711 7232

Day 3 - Vigo, Spain

< >

Bienvenidos a España! The fascinating town of Vigo is your next port of call. A historic maritime settlement that boasts some beautiful neoclassical architecture, Vigo is also home to Europe’s largest fishing fleet. It’s a cool and atmospheric town, where brilliant tapas bars, charming cafes and fantastic restaurants abound.

Your cruise ship will dock only a few minutes from the palm-lined streets of Vigo’s town centre and our carers will assist you when you disembark the ship and head out to experience your first taste of Spain. We recommend sampling so me of the local seafood - it doesn’t get much fresher than this.

A Coruna
La Coruña

Day 4 - La Coruna, Spain

< >

Today, we make our stop in A Coruña - one of Galicia’s biggest cities and a major hub for the textiles and fashion industries. Home to international mega-brand, Zara, it boasts an exciting array of shops and boutiques.

It’s not all about the shopping, though. La Coruña is a vibrant and exciting beach town with a fantastic food scene and some of the best seafood in northern Spain. Your ship docks just a seven-minute walk from the central Maria Pita square, where you’ll find a number of delightful cafes, bars and restaurants and also be able to catch a glimpse of the city’s famous Hercules Lighthouse.

Santander

Day 5 - Santander, Spain

< >

The cruise-port is a 10minute walk from the historic city centre, this is a fantastic first port to visit. Santander is the capital city of the Cantabria region on Spain’s north coast. Day 6 - Day at Sea

< >

On Day Six, we’ll start making our way north, back towards Southampton. It’s another excellent opportunity to enjoy the Ventura's onboard facilities - whether that means dining in one of the ship’s seven restaurants, checking out a cabaret performance or relaxing on the deck with a cocktail in hand. As always, our team will be available throughout the day to help and support you

Guernsey

Day 7 - St Peters Port, Guernsey, UK

< >

On the penultimate day of your holiday, the Ventura will stop off at St Peter Port in Guernsey. However, as the only way to head ashore is via the ship’s smaller tenders, it’s not always possible for Limitless guests to disembark.

Fortunately, Guernsey’s famous tax benefits extend to the Ventura, so it’s the perfect opportunity to get in some last-minute shopping and pick up a few reduced VAT items. You’ll also be able to enjoy an emptier ship and participate in activities hosted by either the P&O crew or our own Limitless Team.

Southampton, UK

Day 8 - Southampton, UK

After your last breakfast, we’ll help you check-out. Your bags will be taken down by the Ventura's crew and our care team will be on-hand to assist you. From here you will join the transfers back to the pick-up points, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for your next Limitless adventure. We can’t wait to see you again!
