Day 1 Fly to Italy

Embark on our Coastal Italy adventure as our dedicated team of Carers accompanies you on a flight to Rome. Upon arrival, accessible hotel vehicles will smoothly transfer us to our Italian stay for the next 10 days. After check-in, savour a delightful three-course Italian meal at the hotel, complemented by local wines included with every evening dining experience.

Day 2 Relax & Beach Visit

Today offers a chance to relax and immerse in the hotel's serene surroundings. A convenient accessible shuttle takes you to the nearby beach, just five minutes away. Enjoy the calm, warm waters with complimentary sea wheelchairs for an effortless dip. In the evening, indulge in a delightful three-course buffet.

Day 3 Rome Colosseum Entrance & Sight Seeing

Today, our accessible hotel vehicles will whisk us to Rome for an enriching day trip. Departing early morning, the 1.5-hour journey unveils iconic sites like the Colosseum guided by a local expert. Entrance to the Colosseum will be included on this day. A pizza stop adds a tasty touch. This inclusive day tour promises captivating experiences and many great photo opportunities.

Day 4 Rest & Relaxation

Today provides the perfect opportunity to unwind in the hotel's inviting ambiance and explore its scenic gardens. Additionally, take advantage of the accessible shuttle to the nearby beach, where you can enjoy a leisurely swim in the clear, warm waters. The hotel's commitment to accessibility ensures a relaxing and inclusive experience for all guests.

Day 5 Trip To Pompeii

Pompeii is a city frozen in time, preserved under a thick carpet of volcanic ash since the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Located just a two-hour drive from our hotel, we travel in specialist accessible vehicles to reach this world-famous archaeological site.

Pompeii is uniquely interesting because it offers a "snapshot" of Roman life; because the city was buried so quickly, you can still see everything from 2,000-year-old bread in ovens to vibrant frescoes and graffiti on the walls of family homes.

We follow the "Pompeii for All" route. This is the longest accessible path in any Italian archaeological site, stretching over 3km. It utilises a network of smooth ramps and specially laid walkways that allow you to explore the Great Theatre, the Forum, and several Roman villas without the stress of navigating the ancient, deep-set cobbles.

Day 6 Rest & Optional Beach Day

After sightseeing, enjoy a full day of calm. Return to the sea for a full day of sun, sand, and relaxation. Take the accessible shuttle to the beach, enjoy the gentle waves, or simply unwind on the shore. Beach wheelchairs and accessible paths make it easy for everyone to enjoy the perfect coastal day. Lounge in the hotel gardens, stroll along accessible beach paths, or simply soak up the Italian sun. This day is all about recharging and enjoying the beauty of your surroundings at a gentle pace.

Day 7 Circeo National Park Visit

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Circeo National Park. Adapted walkways make it easy to explore scenic trails, spot local wildlife, and enjoy breathtaking coastal views. A perfect mix of gentle adventure and fresh-air relaxation.

Day 8 Olive Oil Tasting & Tour

On your final day, enjoy a brief drive to a local Olive Oil production centre. Immerse yourself in a guided tour of the factory, gaining insights into the intricate Olive oil production process. Following the tour, we'll get to enjoy a tasting experience, savouring samples of the finest olive oil drizzled over locally produced Italian breads - yum!

Day 9 Final Leisure Day

Today is your's to relax and unwind at the hotel, or take the accessible shuttle bus to the beach. Spend your last full day at leisure. Revisit your favourite spots, enjoy a café by the water, or simply relax in the hotel gardens. A calm, reflective day to savour the memories of your Italian coastal adventure.

Day 10 Farewells & Journey Home

Centro Ferie Salvatore, San Felice Circeo

Situated in San Felice Circeo, midway between Naples and Rome, this purpose-built accessible holiday village is run by the Avagliano family and their team. With verdant gardens, accessible shared spaces and a wonderfully relaxed, community atmosphere, it's the perfect base from which to explore the heart of Italy. Bedrooms are adapted with wide doorways and air conditioning, and accessible bathrooms have level-access showers and shower seating.

While there's no pool, the local accessible beach at Voglia di Mare is a short shuttle ride away, with accessible transport running at times arranged by your team. The kitchen serves a traditional, home-style Italian set menu using fresh local ingredients, and your half-board holiday includes breakfast and dinner at the holiday centre.
