From Blackpool's historic pier and Llandudno's bustling promenade to Lake Windermere's placid waters and Snowdonia's towering mountains, our England and Wales Seaside holiday takes in some of the west coast's most popular holiday destinations.

Designed to give you a tantalising taste of the best the North West has to offer, our holiday begins in the UK's most famous seaside town, Blackpool. As well as enjoying plenty of free time to try your luck in the arcades, browse the town's shops and explore the promenade, we'll be heading up the Blackpool Tower Eye and out over the sea on the iconic Central Pier. We'll also be heading out into the Lake District to admire the rolling fens and tour Lake Windermere on an accessible cruise.

From Blackpool, we'll travel to Llandudno, stopping off in Southport along the way to enjoy an ice cream and spend the afternoon relaxing by the sea. In Wales, we'll be staying in a highly-regarded, disabled friendly hotel by the seafront, ensuring easy access to the promenade and town centre. Your last two days on holiday will be spent exploring the town, soaking up the sun and taking a journey into the picture-perfect Snowdonia National Park on a fully accessible, authentic steam train.

The holiday begins! After boarding our accessible coach at one of the UK pick-up points, we’ll begin making our way to Blackpool. Travellers in wheelchairs can choose to remain in their chair, which will be safely secured into place throughout the journey, or transfer to a standard seat. On arrival at the hotel, which boasts more than 30 years of experience providing disabled specialist accommodation, the Limitless Team will help you check-in and get your bags to your room. There will be a little time to settle in and make yourself comfortable, then dinner is served! A delicious three-course meal and fantastic evening entertainment await you.

On your first full day on holiday, we’ll head to Blackpool’s famous promenade for some traditional seaside fun. In the morning, we’ll head up the Blackpool Tower Eye for panoramic views of the coast and surrounding area, before refreshing and refuelling with a spot of lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll stroll and roll our way down the town’s iconic pier, exploring its attractions, arcades and kiosks as we go. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy an ice cream (we are by the sea, after all) and the Limitless Team will be on-hand to help should you need any assistance.

Day 3 - Lake Windermere Accessible Cruise

The largest National Park in England and Wales, the Lake District is home to some of the country’s most spectacular landscapes. On Day Three of your holiday, we’ll be heading to Lakeland’s most iconic attraction, Lake Windermere. As well as stopping off at the quaint town of Bowness for some souvenir shopping and a look around its charming streets, we’ll be taking to Windermere’s placid waters for a fully accessible cruise of the lake. Tranquil, relaxing and boasting a breathtaking, mountainous backdrop, a cruise on Lake Windermere is the ideal way to get to know this beautiful part of the world.

Day 4 - Southport Day Trip

Today, we bid farewell to Blackpool and the Lakes and make our way over to Southport. Situated on the Sefton coast, close to Liverpool and Manchester, and surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty, this charming seaside town boasts a fantastic pier and accessible promenade. During our visit, you’ll have time to stroll along the seafront, grab some tasty fish and chips and explore the town, before we board the coach again and continue our journey to Chester, your base for the rest of the stay.

Following a hearty breakfast at the spa hotel we will make our way over to Llandudno for a day at the seaside. We will enjoy a cream tea overlooking the sea, and take a stroll along the Victorian promenade.

Day 6 - Steam Train Through Snowdonia

On the penultimate day of your holiday, it’s all-aboard the Llanberis Lake Railway steam train for a scenic journey into Snowdonia National Park. Fully wheelchair accessible, the train takes us past forests, castles and villages, following the shores of Lake Padarn and revealing some of Wales’s most breathtaking landscapes as we go. At the end of the day, we’ll head back to the hotel to enjoy the final dinner of the holiday and some excellent entertainment from a local pianist.

Today, your accessible England and Wales Seaside tour comes to an end. After a hearty breakfast, our accessible coach will depart the hotel for our various UK drop-off locations. Relax, take in the views of the Welsh countryside through the window and enjoy a little commentary from your Tour Manager. Now, all that’s left to do is say farewell to new friends and plan your next Limitless adventure!

Throughout your holiday, we'll be staying at an accessible, four-star hotel. Renowned for its excellent food and luxurious bedrooms, it also boasts an excellent location in the heart of the town, just a few streets back from the promenade. The hotel enjoys easy access via a gentle ramp and all accessible bedrooms are situated close to the lift.

Half board: breakfast and evening meals are included in the price of your holiday. Look forward to fresh and delicious meals to both begin and round off the day. Meal selection will vary depending on where you’re staying. For breakfast you can expect either table service or a buffet style, with complimentary teas, coffees and juices included. In the evening, you’ll be served dinner for every night of your stay.

All of our vehicles are 100% accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. They are fitted with either a ramp or a hydraulic lift and wheelchairs can be clamped into place, so there's no need to transfer out of your wheelchair if that's where you're more comfortable. Travellers who do not use a wheelchair are also welcome to use the ramp or lift to access the coach.

The coaches are spacious and accommodating, ensuring that everyone has plenty of room to relax. Our drivers and staff are trained to assist passengers with diverse needs, ensuring that you feel supported and comfortable throughout your journey. We prioritise your comfort and safety, making sure that our transport is fully adapted to your needs, whether you have mobility challenges, visual impairments, or other requirements.
