After boarding the fully accessible coach at one of our UK meeting points, we’ll make our way to our disabled-friendly hotel near Windsor. Travellers in wheelchairs can choose to remain in their chair, which will be safely secured into place throughout the journey, or transfer to a standard seat.
On arrival at your wheelchair accessible accommodation, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary cup of tea, while the Limitless Team will help you get checked-in and have your bags taken to your room. Take your time to settle in before we enjoy a delicious dinner as a group.
For hundreds of years Windsor breweries were renowned for the extraordinary quality and consistency of their beers before the last remaining brewery was closed in 1931. Sparking life back into the town's loved affair with great brews, four friends decided to open a new brewery which has now been successfully distilling for more than 10 years. Their pride and joy is creating new beers to celebrate iconic events like the Queen's platinum anniversary, and the marriage of Kate and William.
Today you'll be treated to a private guided tour around their brewery, where you will be shown the fascinating distilling process, and of course get to savour samples of the brews. After some refreshments in the cafe,
On day 3 of your accessible tour, we'll again board our accessible coach and head into the heart of Windsor to visit the Royal Windsor Castle.
At the castle, you will get to enjoy a tour of the opulent State Apartment, which tells the story of the British monarchy’s fascinating history. Today, the State Apartments are still used by the King on important state and ceremonial occasions. Windsor Castle is also home to the famous St George’s Chapel, where many of the country’s previous kings and queens were laid to rest. The royal tombs include Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour, as well as Charles I. During the excursion, there will be a chance to stop for a lunchtime refreshment. The castle is situated in the centre of the town with easy access to many cafes and restaurants
We'll then head back to the hotel. It's time to don your sparkles as we get ready to welcome in the new year, counting down to the famous chimes of Big Ben. Look forward to a joyous evening celebrating with new friends and filled with quizzes, games, and joyous fun to ring in the new year.
After a night of new year celebrations, the holiday continues with a New Years Day filled with adventure and the grandest of sights - it's time to explore one of the most famous and fascinating capitals in the world, London!
After another delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will board the coach and head for the capital city. We’ll tour its famous streets aboard the coach, ensuring you get to see the beautiful Christmas lights, stunning window displays, and of course, the many world-famous landmarks.
Following this morning of sightseeing, we’ll then make our way to Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland. With a fully accessible ice rink, a giant fairground wheel, mouth-watering street food, and a diverse array of attractions, it’s the perfect way to welcome in the new year. As the day draws to a close we’ll journey back to the hotel before heading over to the local pub to enjoy dinner together.
Today, your tour comes to an end. What a brilliant way to start off the new year! After a hearty breakfast, our accessible coach will depart the hotel for our various UK drop-off locations.
