Your adventure begins! Home-pick up (within the first 100miles), or pick up at Southampton Central or Airport, or free parking included. From here, we’ll make our way to Southampton’s cruise terminal to board P&O's world-class Ventura cruise ship. The Ventura is designed to offer all the features and facilities of a classic cruise liner but with a more intimate feel.
When boarding the Ventura, the Limitless team will help get your bags to check-in, after which the crew will take them directly to your accessible cabin. You’ll also benefit from Priority Boarding, so you’ll be exploring the ship before you know it!

Today you will get time to know the ship as we head towards the Iberian Peninsula, taking in the spectacular sea views as we go and making the most of the ship’s impressive facilities. Whether you want to catch a film at the cinema, book yourself in for a Broadway-style show, relax by the pool or sing your heart out at karaoke, the Ventura boasts everything you need for a fantastically entertaining day at sea.

Santander, capital city of Cantabria is located on the Northern coast of Spain nestled between the Bay of Santander and the Bay of Biscay. With its Gothic charm you can enjoy looking around this historic town at your leisure with the Limitless Travel tour team. With a plethora of warm sandy beaches its perfect for any sun worshipper. Those looking to discover Santander away from the beaches will find a city as historic as it is beautiful. The Cathedral of Santander was built between 13th and 14th centuries on top of proceeding holy buildings and combines Gothic and Romanesque architecture common for the area.
After an action packed day off ship in Santander, today is the perfect chance to sit back relax and enjoy more of the facilities on board the ship. By now the Ventura is probably starting to feel like home. If you havn't spotted it already keep your eyes peeled for the Horizon on board News paper. Here you will see daily schedules for activities taking place on board. From live talks, Bingo, quizes, shows and much more, theres plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
Today the ship docks in Vigo. A historic maritime settlement that boasts some beautiful neoclassical architecture, Vigo is also home to Europe’s largest fishing fleet. It’s a cool and atmospheric town, where brilliant tapas bars, charming cafes and fantastic restaurants abound.
Your cruise ship will dock only a few minutes from the palm-lined streets of Vigo’s town centre and our carers will assist you when you disembark the ship and head out to experience your first taste of Spain. We recommend sampling some of the local seafood - it doesn’t get much fresher than this.

Your third stop is the postcard-perfect city of Lisbon. Capital of Portugal and one of the hottest destinations in Europe, it’s a beautiful city that boasts some of the most picturesque streets, squares and sights on the continent with its picture postcard pastel coloured buildings. As we’re arriving, we’ll cruise past the Belem Tower, the Cristo Rei and under the city’s impressive suspension bridge.
The Limitless Team will be on hand to help you disembark and explore the Portuguese capital. Make sure you try a traditional Portuguese custard tart and soak up the relaxed atmosphere - Lisbon is a Limitless favourite so make sure you plan where you would like to visit before hand, with so much on offer we’re sure you’ll have a brilliant day.

After an action packed day on shore yesterday, today you will have another chance to enjoy the beautiful Lisbon. Today is the perfect opportunity to pick up some souvenirs. If you didn't yesterday also make sure to be trying one of the local custard tarts, even better washed down with the local Cherry Brandy.
After a hearty breakfast today we visit Leixoes, an interesting destination in its own right, with a unique seafaring heritage, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to discover and a laid back feel.
However, if you would rather visit the cutting-edge architecture and winding alleyways of Porto, you can upgrade onto an escorted tour of the city. As the ship slowly starts heading back North today you can enjoy at your leisure the rest of the facilities the Ventura has to offer. How about heading to the Spa to enjoy a relaxing massage? Or did you know theres also a hairdressers on board! Alternatively why not head to The Metropolis. This unique venue brings you all the excitement of the world's coolest destinations. An innovative 20 metre floor-to-ceiling video wall displays dramatic cityscapes, so you might gaze 'out' upon Paris, New York or Sydney as you sip your favourite apéritif.
The cruise ships usually dock at Quay de France, which is a 15minute walk to the city centre. Cherbourg is probably best known for two things: its seafaring heritage and its starring role in the 1960s film The Umbrellas of Cherbourg. Discover the former at the Cité de la Mer (City of the Sea) museum, where you can step inside a hulking nuclear submarine and marvel at 17 incredible aquariums, including one that’s more than 10m deep.

After your last breakfast, we’ll help you check-out. Your bags will be taken down by the Ventura's crew and our care team will be on-hand to assist you. From here you will join the transfers back to the pick-up points, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for your next Limitless adventure. We can’t wait to see you again!
